WORKSHOP 1 : Fri, 17th Sept (7.00-8.30pm)
- Pre-run Warm-up and Post-run Stretching Sequences
WORKSHOP 2 : Fri, 24th Sept (7.00-8.30pm)
- Breathwork for more efficient oxygen intake and a deep rhythmic pattern
WORKSHOP 3 : Fri, 1st Oct (7.00-8.30pm)
- Self-massage techniques to relieve cramps, pain and tension
Sessions will consist of a 1hr yoga class specific for runners followed by a 1/2 hour workshop. Each class will build on techniques from previous sessions; It is recommended to attend all 3 workshops if possible.
Cost per workshop : $35 (Early Bird discount before 1st Sept - $30)
